These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ssun mobile application (the “App”) operated by SHL Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ssun. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
To use Ssun, you must create an account using a valid phone number. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You may only maintain one account.
Ssun is a group-based dating platform. Users can match solo or form groups of 2–3 people and match with other groups. When two groups mutually express interest, a match is created and a group chat is opened. With your permission, the App uses your location to show you groups nearby.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose; harass, bully, or threaten other users; post offensive, sexually explicit, or hateful content; impersonate any person; solicit money or spam other users; upload content that infringes third-party rights; or use automated tools to access the App.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content, you grant SHL Group LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the App. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third party’s rights.
The App, its design, and all associated content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by SHL Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify identity beyond phone number verification. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users. We encourage you to meet in public places and tell a friend about your plans.
Ssun may offer premium features or subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHL GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
